So from Ardha Chandrasana to the left, we're going to be returning to mountain, so when
you're ready, press into your feet equally. Lift up again to bring your back up as you
inhale back up to Tadasana, mountain pose. Feeling the posture; getting centered after
practicing Ardha Chandrasana to the right and then to the left, pausing here for a moment,
breathing; noticing the effects of Ardha Chandrasana on both sides, as we return to mountain; the
place where we started the posture. Notice how you're feeling now. Notice the alignment.
Allow your breath to continue to be long and full and deep in mountain pose, uniting heaven
and earth in your body.
