To view and grade individual safe assignments, instructors access the submissions through the grade center
Click Grade Center | click Full Grade Center
Instructors can access Safe Assignments needing grading in one of two ways:
View Grade Details
A green exclamation point will be visible in the cell for the student for that column or safe assignment
Hover over the cell | click the contextual menu (two double-down arrows)
Click View Grade Details from the menu On the Attempts tab, click Grade Attempt.
Either access method will take you to the same page.
Under Student's Work, you'll find a table with:
Text - document icon that you click to access a text only version of paper – displays in browser with no formatting
File - a downward-facing green arrow that you click to access the submitted file from the student in its native format (.doc, etc.)
resources (this percentage is only an indicator and by no means completely accurate)
Report – green checkmark icon that you click to see line-by-line matching of text to source or other paper
View the file and the SA Report Enter a grade in the Grade field
Provide feedback to the user in the Comments box
You have the option to Attach commented file or Rubrics by clicking Browse
Choose the file and click Open
Click Submit
