I have my assistant Alexandra right now next to me, she has a poorly eye but i guarantee she will butt in here and there, but you will not be seeing her face, because its my eye thats poorly and not my mouth, yep but today we are off to Belfast, to pick up a basket party, drop off a basket party and going to meet up with a new consultant, we thought we would do our video in the car today its kind of the only chance we get to get some peace and quiet from baby Theia as she is fast asleep in the back, but today i wanted to talk about why you should go to scentsy convention, it doesn't matter if you are on our team, not on our team, if you are in the scentsy family this is why you should go to scentsy convention, the biggest months of the year for scentsy are october, november and december, at the scentsy convention you will see all the new products, you get to hear all the new news like countries opening, maybe different product launches, differnt chains of products, so you need to be prepared for that big season, because that when your going to make your most money, and scentsy convention gets you really pumped for it, another reason why you should go is your going to meet alot of other people, who have a lot of other different experiences, within this business and you can share tips, learn off each other , networking, the simple word networking, so you get to network with other people, you also get to meet the owners of the company, Orvillie and Heidi who try there very best, they have a 100% record of attending all conventions so you also get to meet those guys and have your photo taken with them because that is a biggie in scentsy, its just a great event all round, in america we were in Las Vegas convention two years ago, because earned a free ticket to go there, there was over ten thousand people there, eleven and a half thousand and that was two years ago and scentsy was eight years old then, you also have your rewards and reconsition aswell, that is actually growing, the directors will all get to walk the stage, and those of you who have your scentsational starts and shooting stars you get reconsied, if your winner of annual mentor and sales awards like Mr Scott and I you guys will be winning awards we know you will, you get to collect those, but at the end of the day its not about the awards life is about enjoying yourself , its good fun, you gt to hang around with your team members, meet new people, learn about your business, you can take that forward to the big serious months, i cant really describe how great it is, you come home with a differnt feeling of freashess and your pumped, we went to the first european convention in London and we were only lead consultants then despite our hard work, we came home and two months later we hit director,so it totally totally changes things, it is the best money you will spend on your business remember you can claim it all back and let e just tell you this, its not what it costs its what its worth and yes you will get loads of free products, but the information you will get up here is worth well more than you will pay for your ticket, if you put that action into your business you will see it go from one level to the next level, so anyway get yourself booked in to scentsy convention, we will see you, we will defiantly see you in Manchester and we might make a surprise visit to Australia , please subscribe to the channel and like the video see you next time
