Today we will prepare some egg custards.
The custard is a dessert very easy to make with few ingredients,
properly combined, we get a sweet result tend to like everyone.
The ingredients for making this recipe are:
1 liter of milk
6 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
Sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Orange peel
Lemon peel
The first thing we do is to prepare the milk.
Pour the milk into a pot to which add a cinnamon stick,
a piece of lemon peel and a dash of orange.
Heat the milk so that you gain the flavor of other ingredients.
Then let it cool.
We will then prepare the caramel.
To do this, add appropriate mold a quantity of sugar
and we will make it warm until we see how it will make the caramel.
In this process must be very careful because it is so easy that we burn
or we do too much and we have left a somewhat bitter taste.
Now, breaking eggs into a bowl
and beat re-adding three tablespoons of sugar and a bit of condensed milk.
Add the milk and beat them well until all ingredients are mixed.
We take the mold with the caramel and pour what we have to beat.
With the hot oven, and with a little water in the tray to do the bath,
put the custard on the inside and wait for it to curdle driver occasionally.
To see if the flan is made with a needle prick metal, if it comes out clean the custard has set
and if it comes stained cream must be left longer in the oven.
Finally, let cool and serve.
