National Train Day - May 10, 2014

There's a train station in your town, it may look like just another building, but it's so much more. From there, people travel to school, to work, to visit their grandparents. They travel to see something new. Stations are a portal to America, Its landscapes, its people. Trains matter to me. Trains launch careers, inspire ideas. Trains matter to me. They create opportunity, economies, and efficiencies. Trains matter to me. Trains take us home, to other towns, and keep us moving forward toward whatever greener pastures await us. Trains matter to me. They connect us to the land, to each other, and remind us to enjoy where we are, who we're with, right now. Trains matter to me. Trains get us there better, greener, smarter. Trains matter to me. And take us exactly where we need to go. They are part of our American story, a story that continues to unfold, in every delivery made, every trip taken, every dollar spent, every city and town built, by the routes,that run through them. It all matters to someone, somewhere, in America.
