Maybe nobody's told him that before. "Wow, she likes my haircut." Now the key to that is him saying "Thank you." Or, "I didn't know that you noticed." But he does know that you noticed, and that's the key, because you are different from others. It's not that easy to make a mistake, but it's also very difficult to do it wrong, so make it right, and tell the man something that he's never heard before. That's how to charm a man.
