The reason for the "winging" is...
because, again, I'm talking of experience.
When people come to me,
they have very heavy, hanging arms
because the concept is, again,
and then try to loosen up this way...
and that's vertical
and you cannot flow vertically.
The flow is horizontal,
you can only, only flow horizontally
and that's our problem, because we are in a vertical situation.
So, again, you don't do it to be it bad or to make it difficult,
but that's our culture.
So, what do I do to prevent it?
We make the arms SO light
by thinking that they are suspended.
