Somewhere after the rise of nuclear energy mankind became aware of the power within themselves it did not take long before the ascendants defied the authorities The governments made efforts to stop those who displayed such abilities Yet they grow not only in power but in popularity and what once was a local dispute quickly turned into the drums of war Yet men greeded not only over power but also over secrets this is how into the depths of the world places sealed long ago by ancient civilizations places not meant to be disturbed Along with the horrors from the depths a few mortals achieved such power as to claim themselves gods the world watched astonished as a single person conquered whole nations on their own Yet chaos prevailed and the structure that once ruled the world had all but collapsed The result was death and the world submerged into an era of darkness For centuries no life being saw a single ray of light When it finally yielded, the few remaining men emerged only to discover they were not alone a variety of new races found their way Their numbers had grown thin for it had now become a test for survival yet many already called it… The fall of mankind
