Certified Personal Trainers and Owners of Push Fitness. We re here to talk to you today
about exercises that you can do anywhere. We re going to be talking to you about cardio
today and cardio can be anything that gets your heart rate up and your blood pumping.
Basically, what we want to try to do is 20 minutes of anything that might break a sweat.
You can do this by walking around your block, jumping rope, running in place, jumping jacks
or anything that gets your heart rate up. The faster your metabolism runs, the more
