How to Connect - Isl light remote desktop

In this video, we are going to connect to a customer's computer by using ISL Light. Now, to use isl online products, you need an account, so sign up from here. Let me show you also how to start the remote desktop from islonlne.com. Alright, let's log in,... ...enter your username ... ... password... and click log in. Under remote support we have a shiny orange button which will start a new session. When you click it, isl light opens. We can see that the remote desktop session also shows up under remote support in my account. Now we need to invite a client to join our session. There are several ways to do this. One way is to use an email invitation. Click email icon and this allows us to send an invitation link. We can also invite our client via the browser. Here it is, the green shiny invite button. Another way to connect is, the client can also visit islonline.com, they can click the green join button and type the code manually here. Then simply follow the invitation link to join the session and start it from here. Let's do this... ...as you can see, we are now connected. For the remote desktop choose the left button on the circular toolbar. The question shows up, do we want to view the customers desktop or show our desktop. Let's choose to view the remote desktop. The client on the other side has to allow access, and now that they have done so, we can control the customer's desktop. If we go back into our browser. You can see that in my account we have remote desktop sessions. We can transfer it to another operator, see the details, stop it and so on... We can also run another session ... and it shows up here.
