Pavrita Sukhasana, revolved easy pose. Easy pose is any posture that you're comfortable
in, so that you can sit here, maintain, and enjoy. It's one of the poses that you can
use for meditation. You may need to use some blocks, or you may need to roll up your mat,
so that you do feel comfortable. Relaxing the knees, if the knees show any signs of
discomfort here, you can certainly take your blocks under to support your knees. With an
inhale, we're going to create more length in your spine. With an exhale, you're going
to pause to release your shoulders. On an inhale, let's invite the palms to your heart.
With an exhale, we're going to twist to the left, and you're going to do that with the
spine, twisting, twisting, twisting. Then you can invite your right hand to your left
knee, left hand to the base of your spine. Once again, the left hand becomes a second
spine for length. And then gently looking over the left shoulder; being sure that there's
no discomfort when you turn your neck. Shoulders going down, crown of your head lifting, never
having discomfort in your neck. With an inhale, we'll return ourselves back to center, and
it's a pose to be repeated on both sides.
