So they tend to come with quite a low age - 30-40.
If you think they were xxxxxxx xxxxx it's ridiculous they tend to come up with 50s and 60s
so you've anchored them by just planting that number 90 and this has been proved to be the case with any scenario
where people are just not sure of the numbers. So the fundraising scenario
is this one. You simply say: "Would you be willing to donate?"
"Would you be willing to pay $5, would you be willing to donate
$400, and those are the three figures and they were done with random samples across them.
And I just thought, have a minute, think to yourself, jot it down, but what do you think would be the answer? What was the average
answer given to each of those questions in this study?
