Welcome to the SalveoRx Academy!
Lesson 5.1 will teach you
how to retrieve your forgotten password.
The first thing you'd have to do is to run your SalveoRx.
You can do this by selecting SalveoRx from the start menu,
or by double-clicking the desktop shortcut.
Shortly after doing that,
the SalveoRx splash page will appear for a few seconds,
after which, the log-in window will appear.
If you forgot your password,
simply click on the Forgot Password button
in the Login window.
SalveoRx will prompt instructions
on how you can retrieve your password.
A SalveoRxForgotPassword.txt file
will be generated by SalveoRx and saved on your desktop.
This file will contain
your encrypted username and password,
along with the e-mail address
which you configured during registration.
Compose an e-mail that you will send
to the SalveoRx support team.
Enter the subject, "Forgot SalveoRx Password,"
followed by your username.
Attach the SalveoRxForgotPassword.txt file.
And send the email to support@salveorx.net.
The SalveoRx team will use the login information
you've sent to regenerate your password.
A reply will be sent to you within a period of 48 hours.
