In fleet of our company is around 300 vehicles.
We transport different types of goods, brand new vehicles, normal goods and goods with temperature regime.
In our company we use 15-20% of retreaded tyres. This tyres are exploitated according to our mileage and different weather conditions from north to south.
This tyres show the self good according to mileage, operational characteristics.
We have to directions, we retread on our own casings and we are buying retread tyres on casings of PSK it is depend on economical situation of our company.
At the present moment we have launched retreading program for 2012 and our economy is 1 100 000 roubles.
If from previous batch 2012, at the end of 2013 and beginning of the 2014 we will do the second time tyre retreading so in that way we will have an result.
If two times tyres will be retreaded we will reach our potential number 1 000 000 km on one casing.
We will try to reach it. But it is depend on a road surface.
For example we have motorcade which is exploitated on route Moscow - St. Petersburg on that route road surface is better than in Ural and Syberia.
Thats why retreaded tyres on that route have higher mileage.
And we have other motorcade which is exploitated on route to North and Syberia, that tyres have different tread wear and sometimes force majeure situations are happened.
Tread wear is even. From PSK it is always coming representative which is responsible for retreaded tyres. He is with our mechanic checking tread wear.
And according to that we regulate jobs which should be done for replacing, retreading,
characteristics help us to understand what we will do with this tyre.
PSK is promotes to us what on imported casings tyre can be retreaded several times, exactly 2 times.
Thats why we are trying to reach double retreading on one casing and reach 1 000 000km on one casing with double retreading.
For 2012 we gave to our company economy 1 100 000 roubles. For present moment 2013 we gave economy 500 000 roubles.
If together with PSK we will be able to reach double retreading,
I think economy will be not even 1 100 000 roubles it will be around 2 000 000 roubles.
Ofcourse this influence on income of enterprise, prime cost of one km and at the rest.
And concerning mileage of retreaded tyres, retreaded tyres at our enterprise exploitated for 25-30% of our standard mileage which state as a standard by our internal decree.
Concerning quality of retreaded tyres of Povolzhskaya shinnaya kompaniya is satisfy us,
time frame of production is also good and waranty obligations is good for us too.
