Hello and welcome to Archana's Rasoi (Kitchen)!
Today I want to show you a different variation of pav bhaji.
We have the usual pav bhaji all the time, but today I want to show you how to make Chinese pav bhaji.
Stay tuned to Archana's Rasoi.
Let's take a look at the ingredients we will need to make Chinese pav bhaji:
1/2 packed noodles (boiled), 2 pav (bread), 1 tomato finely chopped, 2 spring onions, chopped, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala,
1 tbso tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp ajinomoto, 1 tbsp ginger, garlic, green chillies crush,
1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper, and 2-3 tbsp oil.
Now let's begin!
First, let's take 1 tbsp oil.
After the oil has boiled, to it we will add ginger, garlic and green chillies crush
When we think about pav bhaji, we always think about the semi-liquid gravy and dipping the bread in it and eating.
But this recipe is a bit different.
This recipe is very popular in kids' birthday parties if you prepare for it well.
So let's put the ginger garlic and green chillies crush and add it.
Then we add the tomato and mix well.
After the tomato gets a little soft, we will add the spring onions to it.
And then we will add everything else to it.
You can use a mixer to finely chop the tomatoes or you can also use a shredder if you prefer to.
Now to this we will add the spring onions
Now we add the tomato sauce.
Pav bhaji masala around 1 tbsp.
Chilli sauce, around 1 tsp.
Salt according to taste.
Then we add Ajinomoto 1/2 tbsp
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder.
Let's mix this properly.
Now we will finally add the boiled noodles.
I'll tell you once again how to boil these noodles.
So first you boil some water in a vessel and add noodles to it. Then wait for 5-7 minutes. After they are cooked,
Then we wash them under cold water so that they don't get cooked.
Then after the water has drained, add 1 tbsp of oil so we can preserve the noodles for later.
So our filling is now ready.
Now let's fill it in the bread.
Chinese pav bhaji is ready! You have a new recipe now to make at birthday parties.
