If a customer has somebody that knows a little bit about computers then therefore they're in
charge, they're the go-to person, they're the expert. From a small business owner's perspective,
they need to sit back and look at how much responsibility they're putting on somebody who
really isn't comfortable taking on the entire I.T. infrastructure. They know enough to be
dangerous or they don't know enough at all and it's taking them away from their primary
job. They're going to spend a lot more time trying to analyze the problem or figure out
what they should be doing. And what we found is that they're happier
when somebody else is doing it for them because they know that they can get back to their
job. If you've got an untrained I.T. person trying to get a server back up and running,
how many users are now in waiting. What a lot of these companies need to realize is
it's better for the boss, the company, everybody involved if they sit back and say hold on
wait a minute this isn't what were experts in, we don't understand this system, we don't
know what decisions we should be making, we need help. And that's where Back to Business
I.T. comes in. We will be happy to work with the customer to get them back to doing their
job so we can make sure that their business succeeds. If you have an employee who is taking
care of your I.T. and the reason why he or she is taking care of your I.T. is because they
spoke up at the water cooler and said they knew windows and your hired, you're going
