Alright so you are flipping through the magazines and you are looking at these people with great
six pack abs and you want that. I'm Carol Ann with Studio Group X and I'm going to tell
you how you can get a six pack ab area in one month. Well the first thing that I need
to tell you is that you need to pick good parents in order to have six pack abs but
you know if that is not in your genetic code there are things that you can do to improve
the way that your stomach looks so I'm going to show you a few exercises that you can do
to target certain areas of your abdominals. So first come on down, tighten up those abs,
finger tips behind your head, gently and lift up and down. Now this is a traditional crunch
and you can do about 50 of these, build up to doing 50 of these and then once you work
the upper portion, then pick your feet up and now you are going to work the lower portion
of your *** abdominus. Lower your feet down to the floor, lift your hips up and lower
down, work up to doing about 50 of these, then you can take one foot over your knee
and then cross over, working the obliques and work up to doing 50 on each side and then
what you can do is a really great effective exercise for your entire abdominal region
are criss crosses and then what you can do is flip over and do planks. Now planks they're
going to really work those transverse abdominals, keep it all nice and tight. Those are just
a few exercises that you can do to target each area of your abdominal region. Now don't
forget diet. Diet is very important, watch what you are eating and then also get some
