This is the Lister Hill Library homepage.
We have tried to provide access to most library resources
within a click or two.
This green navigational bar
has links to the main library pages.
"About us" contains information about the library
where you'll find General information, policies, and the staff directory.
Use the links on the ribbon to find what you need.
In the long Services section, click to go directly to what you are looking for .
Returning to the bar, Use the ask-a-Librarian link
to get immediate help using the chat box.
We are also available by email, phone or text!
If you choose to email, you will get an answer within a couple of hours
hours or first thing in the morning if the library is closed
Or you can always use one of these handy resource guides for help.

Use the catalog to see library holdings and find out if we own a book or journal
It has multiple options for searching and limiting
Please note that the catalog includes journal titles, but not the articles within each journal.
To find articles, you can use the search box in the center of the home page
as is demonstrated in the next video.
The databases page allows you choose among resources available for your research.
If you know the name of the resource you need, use the alphabet to navigate to it.

to get to the CINAHL database.
The right hand column links to resource guides and tutorials.
You can find what resources to use for various subjects
by using the categories dropdown
For example, "physical therapy."

The FAQ's links to a useful compilation of questions
with short answers about how to use the library.
This is the best place to look for information about services.
They are grouped by categories or you can search.
If you want to know how to find dissertations, for example,
enter it in the search box, and here is your answer!

On the right hand side of our homepage, you'll see the library news.
The library news column shows the most recent news items
and can be expanded to a searchable list.

Below the news is a calendar showing the scheduled library events for the current month.
An easy way to be to know about library events
(including the very popular afternoon teas)
is to "like"the library FACEBOOK right here.
And notice below it,
you can sign up for our electronic monthly newsletter.

You'll use Interlibrary loan to request articles the library does not own.
Other useful links are to e-journals
