My name is Branden Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how
to make whole wheat bread. Now you will see that my dough has a nice smooth texture on
the outside it is not sticky to the touch it springs back nice. It's getting, you don't
want to over work it because it will get really dense but it's got a really nice, see it's
not leaving any residue on my fingers you will also see when I turn the mixture on that
it is pulling away cleanly from the sides of the bowl. That means that my dough is pretty
much ready to go. Maybe another; I don't know, Thirty seconds or so in the mixer here. In
the mean time while we are finishing this up I am going to take a second and grease
up my bowl. So, let's watch that. So you just take your bowl, take a stick of butter and
just go all the way around the inside's I just go from the bottom to the top and what
would rarely happen is that this butter has gotten a little soft and will end up like
this. That's when you take your hand, and just use your hand that never hurt anything.
You are about to grab the entire peace of bread with your hands so what?s the, you want
to make sure that you do not miss any spots either, it's really important because the
dough will stick to any spots that you miss and that would be bad. You could also do this
with olive oil if you wanted, me I like the butter what can I say. So now you have really
buttery hands so we are good with this, I am going to turn off my mixer here and I am
going to transfer this after I wash my hands.
