Hi, my name is Caleb Lararda. I'm the third degree black belt Tae Know Do. I'm here with
Expert Village and today I'm going to be teaching you how to do a five - forty. O.k. now, do
you remember from the first couple of steps, we practiced our round kick and our crescent
kick? O.k, now I'm going to show you the difference between both of those kicks and how we're
going to use them. Alright, so the first kick we're going to be working on is our crescent
kick, o.k. From outside to inside o.k. So, using that tornado kick let's demonstrate
with that first. Coming around, we're going to pre - pivot, o.k, kick up the knee, turn
around here now, we're going to do our crescent kick, from outside to inside. From here, o.k.
that's going to be our crescent kick, o.k. So, that's the kick we're going to throw in
the five - forty. O.k, that foot's going to come across, bam, and nail your opponent right
across the head or the face, o.k. or the temple, the temple is the spot you want to aim for
o.k. Or, if you're hitting your paddle, you want to hit right in the middle with your
crescent kick, with the inside of your foot, o.k. As you do it, you're going to whip it
around o.k. So, then help me do your five, I'm going to do the five - forty with the
crescent kick from here, o.k. now you notice the kick, it seems a little closer in o.k,
that's alright o.k, that's going to be your five - forty with the crescent kick cause
you have to whip it in, it's not going to be sticking out as far o.k. So, whip it in.
