Hello, it's Magalie from CherryPepper Magazine. Today we are making a winter cake.
It's a comforting and gourmand cake that brings out the chocolate-orange union with a touch of hazelnut.
Give it a try, I'm sure you'll like it!
First cut the prunes, dried apricots and hazelnuts into small pieces
Then, grate half of the orange and squeeze it
Add the orange juice
Pour the blonde sugar
The brown sugar or muscovado
The cocoa
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Rice milk
And almond butter
Put on the stove and leave it to simmer for a few minutes
During this time, cut the chocolate into small pieces
Add the chocolate to the mix and let cool down
Preheat the oven
Add the almond powder and stir
Add little by little the flour and the baking powder
Transfer the mix into a greased and floured cake pan
Put in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes
Our cake is ready. Let it cool down before decorating it
Serve it dusted with powdered sugar. Be generous with the sugar, that way the cake will remain beautiful until the last slice.
Et voilà, bon appé***!
