Colton Haynes gets an 'Arrow' upgrade! The former 'Teen Wolf' bad boy -turned- Arrow
guest star has officially been promoted to series regular for the upcoming 2nd season,
due out this fall. Currently, Colton's character Roy Harper has been busy striking up a budding
romance with Oliver Queen's younger sister Thea, and if the show follows the comic books,
