Now each photographer, artist has to think about a venue to show their work in. And,
I believe, sometimes starting off with a small mom and pop coffee shop or some place where
you might even know a lot of the regulars, this is a great way, it's a very comfortable
way to start to show your work. And, really, being humble starting this way is extremely
important. You might not, you might want to look at galleries around town and restaurants
or even, and a really great place that I've seen a lot of excellent work are local libraries.
And say, okay, I think I can do this. Like this is some place that I feel comfortable
showing my work and I'm not going to feel intimidated by this. And that's one way that
you really want to think about it. Now, after you've done all this and you've edited down
your work and you get accepted and they say, "Yes, we'd like to show your work," this is
when the fun begins. And also when a little bit more of the spending money begins because
you're going to have to start to begin to frame and show your work. And I'm going to
talk a little bit about how there are some pretty economical ways that you can do that.
