HI, this is Prem Bhatia, on behalf of Expert Village. We will be taking two breaths together,
and doing that pass in that after every two breaths. We will be just relaxing and again,
concentrating. Life has stopped ticking. We will keep our eyes closed while doing that
pass, and keep concentrating inside. If our concentration breaks, bring your attention
again back to your body. So, see that your concentration doesn't go out of your body.
Now let's lie down. A very special way of laying down, turn to your left or to your
right, and with the help of your hands, just lie down. And just relax.
