The Art of Pastry

I will talk about the baking. Firts thing you need is to have good grooming and a good place for cooking cakes and desserts. The ingredients should be fresh and of good quality, you need to have the tools to weigh and measure the amounts. To make cakes and cupcakes you wiil need: Flour, eggs, baking, powder, milk, vanilla, chocolate, powdered sugar, sugar, salt, caramelt, fruits, these are the essential ingredients. It's important to have all the utensils to cook the desserts very well, the most used utensils are: Different sizes and spoons measures, tupperware, blender, juicer, oven, metal molds, paper cupcakes and the scale. I like making brownies and cupcakes in my spare time, I do because I like to mix and feel the aroma of the ingredients when they are in the oven. This art is innate in me, I love to find recipes on the internet and some frinds did a bsic course in pastry Amapola; my teacher was Roci's mother Valentina Rey was a fun and enjoyable course because she explained to us some trick's that use them in their daily work. On vacations , I made brownies whith different decorations and surprised family and friends, they said the brownies were very rich and the next day I cook brownie and sold more in my neighborhood and in the neighbordhood of my grandmother. Was a very beatifull experince, ,because I take my time and not got bored.
