So now we've laid out our second piece. We're beginning to move it along. I'm going to lay
out my third piece. I've laid it out onto the paper here. Again, as I said before, you
don't necessarily have to lay it out on both sides. But as a precautionary measure, I tend
to do that just so that I have an even surface to work with. Both sides having the adhesive
again is just a better way to work. I'm going to lay this out with my brush down so that
I have two hands to work with. I'm going to follow my edges much like I made them. And
I may decide that ways that things overlap I'm not actually liking as much when I'm working.
This is when intricacy of collage starts to come in and you start to cut and paste smaller
pieces in order to make the shadows create an extension the way that I'm looking for.
So maybe this area here got a little abrupt, got cut over where I really would rather the
other piece was over layering the other one. And I'm going to cut a new piece and kind
of layer it over top which isn't a problem.
