we will cook together sweet "Kazandibi" which belongs to Istanbul
we fistly have a look at the ingredients list
5 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup rice flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups granulated sugar
we start cooking sweet kazandibi by buttering the tray
we said we had 1 tablespoon butter
we should prefer the butter is...

we add 1,5 cup granulated sugar
before putting it on a fire, we mix the materials to be dissolved
we started cooking kazandibi, until ,t takes consistency, not to cleave on the pan's buttom...
we cook by always mixing
we understand that it reached the right consistency when it seems celled...
and the mixer turns hard which we mix
pudding has reached the right consistency, we lastly add the vanilla
and turn off the fire
beacuse we mixed especially by mixer there remained no dollop
also, after it is baked, we can mix for 5 minutes more
however, because we mixed by a mixer there is no need this
now, we transfer the pudding to the tray, which we prepared...
