975 songs,
25,000 photos,
or 12 hours of video.
That is what this Microsoft Zune can hold.
It's a 4 gigger, and I'm going to tell you all about it
and these cool accessories in just a moment.
It's the 4GB Microsoft Zune.
Perfect for all of your music, your photos, your videos,
your podcasts, and FM radio.
It is the ultra-portable, multi-media player.
It's so thin. It's so sleek.
It's so lightweight, and it's perfect for you on the go.
It's really going to fill all of your entertainment needs.
Now, this actually has a 1.8 inch color LCD with touch control.
So navigating from your photos to your videos,
it's really, really easy.
And what's great about this Zune, is that it has built-in Wi-Fi.
So you can actually share your files with other Zuners.
Zuners? Is that a word? I'm not really sure.
So your friends who have Zunes, you guys can share your files
with the built-in Wi-Fi.
And what's also cool is that you can plug this baby into your Xbox 360
and change any of your game soundtrack and customize it,
and make sure that you can play your songs with your games.
It's neat. And I like that you can listen to all your podcasts too.
So let's get into our tour,
and I'm going to tell you all about this Microsoft Zune.
So let's get on with our tour.
First of all, I want to show you right here, this is a 1.8 inch display.
And it is color, and when we go through the different features
you'll see that in a second.
Now turning on to the front of the Zune you will see your power lock
and on and off right here.
And this right here is for the strap.
And then on the other side, we'll flip over,
and you'll see right here this is for either a docking station
or to plug into your computer to charge or to transfer your files.
And right here is your headset jack.
So let's go through all the different features now.
Now this is fully touch-controlled.
So you'll see, using these buttons,
I can scroll through all my different menu options.
Let's go up to the top.
There we go. We'll start in Music.
And when you're here, click the round button,
and you can search by artist.
We actually don't have anything loaded on here yet, but we will.
So we'll come back to that later,
but let's go into Videos.
There is a video on here. Let's watch it.
There you go.
This is like a promo video that Zune put on here.
Cool, all right, you guys get the point.
Let's go and hit Back, back again to get to our main menu.
Let's go into Pictures.
And you can start by playing your slideshow.
Or go down and view all of your pictures by folders.
But let's go into the Play Slideshow.
There we go. Oh, I think we have to hit, yup, the Play button.
There we go.
So, imagine this: All 25,000 of your photos on here
that you can view in a slideshow.
It's pretty neat.
All right, so let's go on back
by hitting the Back button.
Go on down to Social, and this is what I was talking about
how you can actually share your files with the other Zune players.
You have to visit zune.net/setup to set up your Wi-Fi,
but once you do that you'll be good to go.
And let's go on back to Radio. Let's check out Radio.
FM radio on here. You can make pre-sets,
you know, it's great when you don't feel like loading on new music onto your Zune,
and you're bored with your music, you can just listen to the radio.
And Podcasts of course. You can download free podcasts,
tons of free podcasts,
and make sure you have plenty of entertainment while on the go.
And last but not least, we'll go into Settings and
really this is how you customize your Zune.
Everything from the wireless to the display, different music and photo settings,
the sounds, the Touch Controls, your Radio pre-sets, Language,
and last but not least, you can learn in the About section.
I rarely go into the About section in my Settings in my devices.
I don't know why.
So while you're traveling you're going to want to make sure your Zune is protected
and doesn't get all banged up.
And that's why I have these cases.
This right here is for the 4GB or 8GB Zune, and this right here is a little bigger,
and that's because it's for the 80GB Zune,
and these are made with Italian leather, oh-la-la.
So they're very fashionable, and they're protective,
which is key because really, you don't want to put your Zune in your purse
or in your book bag and have it all scratched up because that's no fun at all.
So definitely check this out.
If you are looking for a portable, multi-media player to hold all of your files,
to entertain you when you're on the subway or while you're at school, at lunch,
in the workplace and just need some excitement,
check into this Zune and also the blogs,
the tech blogs are saying good things about the Zune these days.
So I think you'll be pretty impressed.
So, I'm Sam. Thanks for watching. We'll see you guys next time.
