Powerful Year End Ritual - The time capsule

Happy Holidays, everybody! Max Simon: Hi there! Max Simon here, Mandee Lee and Jeffrey Van Dyk and of course we do want to wish you a happy holidays and we want to share with you a ritual that we use here at BVB at the end of every year to kind of energetically close the loot, reflect back on the previous year and really set our sights moving forward for the next year. So I'll let Mandee share what that's about and then give you a little demo but it's something that we definitely suggest you do right around this time. Mandee Lee: So, I created the Time Capsule ritual to give you a good snapshot of everything that you've accomplished that has gone on for you in the past year. So we do it as a team every year in January as our first team retreat of the year. Get a little canister like this that you can bury afterwards. Everybody on the team writes their name on their own scroll and then there's a bunch of questions that you ask every year. There's questions that reflect on the previous year, all that you've accomplished, and then there's questions that your intention for the upcoming year. For example, in reflection on the past year here's couple questions on the list: What was your biggest learning lessons in this past year? What are you most proud of about yourself from this past year? And how do you feel about your life right now? And for setting your intention for the upcoming year there's questions like: What is something you like to see yourself grow into over this next year? What advice would you give to yourself for this next coming year? And what kind of commitment do you want to make to your team and your purpose for this next coming year?
