Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. All right my grandmother would never
said never use tomato sauce out of can. But you what, that is okay for this. It makes
it fast if you have some tomato sauce. I make a great fresh tomato sauce here on Expert
Village but if you have some of that, definitely use some of that. But I didn't have any today
so I just poured a can of tomato paste, a little 8 ounce can, and put the whole thing
in this. Even take just a little splash of water if you, like so just to get all of the
remaining out of the bottom. What you do now is put on a small flame, low flame and just
get it hot again, not too hot. But as we are doing this, we are folding our sauce in it.
As soon as that cheese starts to melt, we are just going to add our rice and we are
done. Come back and we should be ready for the rice.
