Helen Tells Us about Her Job at Stepping Hill

hello my name's Helen i work at Stepping Hill Hospital in the health records department My role is to be the stock check of the dividers Help pull notes for clinics and also work at the reception on tuesday morning while you've been working here i understand that you've been promoted ? yes i have, i have been promoted from a band 1 to band 2. so you are obviously doing a good job ! i think so, yes or i wouldn't have been promoted. Right ! And Have you been getting some qualifications while you've been here? yes i have I have recently completed my NVQ in Business and Administration. And where did you do that? Within the health records department with my health records manager , Pauline Alice Right, where did you get your certificate and where it is now? i got my Certificate at an Award (........) And it is a frame copy and i have got it on my (........) at home So you are very proud of it then? very proud of it. Hi, my name is Pauline Hellys,Im a health records at the Steppping Hill Hospital Helen has been working at the hospital now, for about seven years. she was selected by Pure as a volunteer originally on the main reception desk and it was recognised that she might well within health records. After about twelve months Helen was offered a contract at (....) and she's been with us ever since she fits in very well with the rest of the team and she gets on very well with everybody she is very king to be helpful, she loves being given new jobs to do And she is just a very valued member of the team we do miss her when she is not there Would you recommend Pure then as a form of recruitment? Yes i would We've had good connection with Pure And they still support when we need it I know that all i have to do is ring or email and somebody contacts me back so that support is still there even now. I love working here, there are so... im learning so many new thing all the time and get to meet a lot of people.
