Customer Spotlight - Ays kids

AYS provides before and after school programs. As well as early childhood, kindergarten and summer camps, and we have a training division for youth workers in the community. We use FormStack for event and workshop registrations, parent and principal surveys, contact forms . We use it to collect online donations. Formstack is awesome. It is really user friendly. It allows you to collect data, to store data. To pull reports from the data that you collect, and it's just really easy to use. It's really helped us to cut down on the amount of paperwork that collects in our office. It stores everything for us. It helps us to sort it, keep track of it and it sends us an email as soon as we receive the information. Well, if we didn't have Formstack, we would be collecting a lot of paper and trying to file and sort them. And probably making more phone calls and catching up with voicemails. Where as, Formstack lets people send in their data, at any time during the day. So it helps both the user and it helps us as well. Well, Formstack is easy to use. It is very adaptable to our needs. So we can create forms that are very specific to what we're looking for. Form Stack has allowed us to effectively collect information and to process registrations. I would like to use Form Stack for online training purposes, create online training forms and to further our donation and online sales. I think there are so many different capabilities to Form Stack that you can get caught up in trying to use all the bells and whistles. You really do still want to keep the form simple so that your users are able to still use it and you're still accomplishing the goal that you have with your form.
