Vinyasa yoga really can almost be aerobic. With happens is as you build endurance, the
breath comes more easily. You may find especially in Sun Salutation B, that at the beginning
you feel as though you don't have enough breaths. I'm going to teach you how to fudge the moment
with the breath, ever so slightly until you can build enough endurance to find it easily.
So what we're going to do is you're going to exhale focus your eyes. Bend your knees
inhale Utkatasana one, exhale forward bend, inhale looking up three, exhaling position
four, inhaling attack position five, this is where we're going to fudge, exhaling six
you're going to step your right foot forward before you begin inhaling and the inhale starts
at Warrior I, exhaling all the way through the bottom of the push up, you're going to
be full for a big inhale here, exhaling and she's going to take her left foot forward
before she finishes the exhale and she's not going to start her inhale until now, and then
exhaling all the way to the bottom of the push up, you'll be ready for a super beautiful
inhale here, exhaling. And that's how we get through Sun Salutation B without losing our
breath.
