Hello my name is Natalie with Floyd's Barber Shop and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going
to talk to you about some of the funkier colors. We have blues and oranges, yellows, reds,
but pink is my most popular. In order to get it, the brights I would say get it lightest.
So you want to start by using bleach of the higher volume of 40 volume do not go any higher
or I recommend not going any lower. Then leaving it on until it gets passed a pale yellow,
washing it out and applying the color that you want. But I would recommend consulting
your hair dresser before doing any of these. The pros of using a lightener with these colors
is that you get some major head turning. You got a vibrant color that not everybody has
and it is just exciting. The cons is the bleach is a little bit painful depending on if you
wash your hair everyday. If it stays on the scalp for too long it can burn just a little
bit and the colors don't last as long as the normal hair color does. They fade out as often
as you shampoo. The way that I achieve my hair color is I bleached it all the way up
to a white and then section out the 3 different areas and started with darkest and end up
with the lightest.
