He was a 32 year-old man. And, well he sent me a message saying that he was at his house window, in his room, and he was thinking about jumping. We held a conversation through Whatsapp messages. We were sending messages to each other. I was asking him and saying - Think about your family, think of your partner... Just to make him think. I felt, well... It came to a point in which he just stopped writing back. That was the moment when I felt that, of course, my occupation had a limit and I was right at the limit. The most important moment happened later, at six in the afternoon, three hours after that. He sent me a message saying that he had decided to stay alive.
