I'm going to show you how to do a 3-needle bind-off.
Start with the right sides of the fabric together,
unless you want a decorative edge. I'm going to start with the right sides.
Go into the stitch that's on the front needle, and
into the stitch that's on the back needle.
You knit them together, just like a knit 2 together. Use your left hand
to control the stitches so they don't go anywhere.
Now take the right stitch,
and pull it over the left stitch, just like you do to bind-off anything else.
Now you're going to continue your way down the row.
Knit 2 together... bind off... knit two together... bind off...
....and bind off. And you finish it out just as normal:
Snip it, pull it through...beautiful seam!
