SO OUT OF ALL THE HOT SPOTS IN THE CARIBBEAN,
HOW DID SHE DECIDE ON AMBERGRIS CAYE?
LET'S JUST SAY IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.
I'VE ONLY BEEN TO BELIZE ONCE, AND IT JUST FELT RIGHT.
I WAS SITTING ON THE BEACH, AND I SPONTANEOUSLY SAID,
THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO LIVE.
I JUST GOT TO KNOW THE PEOPLE THERE
AND ALL THE DIFFERENT THINGS THERE WAS TO DO--
CAVING AND SCUBA DIVING, FISHING.
IT HAS EVERYTHING.

AND COMMERCIALIZED THINGS TO DO.
SO I LIKE BACK TO BASICS AND GOOD WHOLESOME PEOPLE
AND MEETING PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
REALISTICALLY, SIENNA NEEDS TO KEEP HER BUDGET
UNDER $350,000.

EACH WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE LOOK AND FEEL.
FOR EXAMPLE, THE REEF SIDE IS VERY POPULAR.
PEOPLE LIKE TO SEE THE BLUES AND THE REEF LINE
AND TO BE VERY CLOSE TO ALL THE SNORKELING
AND DIVING AND FISHING.
BUT TO BE HONEST, THE LAGOON SIDE OF THE ISLAND
IS JUST AS BEAUTIFUL IN ITS OWN WAY.
IT'S JUST A PREFERENCE.
THE FIRST PROPERTY DENNIS HAS LINED UP FOR SIENNA TO SEE
IS A 3-BEDROOM VILLA ON THE LAGOON SIDE OF THE ISLAND.
THESE PROPERTIES TEND TO BE LESS EXPENSIVE,
SINCE THEY'RE NOT DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN WHERE THE REEF IS.
TO GET TO THE VILLA,
DENNIS AND SIENNA HAVE TO TAKE A GOLF CART,
WHICH IS A POPULAR WAY OF GETTING AROUND
SINCE THERE ARE VERY FEW PAVED ROADS ON AMBERGRIS CAYE.
ALL RIGHT, SIENNA, WELL, THIS IS REEF VILLAGE.

AND IT'S ALSO HARD TO FIND PEOPLE TO DO THINGS WITH.

THE FIRST THING I DID WHEN I MOVED INTO MY CONDO HERE
IS I CHANGED ALL THE COLORS OF THE WALLS.
I HAD TO MAKE IT A LITTLE MORE SUBTLE TO BE MORE ME.
I DID ADD SOME DRAPERIES, A LITTLE MORE SUBTLE AS WELL.
GOT RID OF THE DARK BLUE
AND JUST MADE IT LOOK A LITTLE MORE AIRY
SO I COULD ACTUALLY SEE THE OUTSIDE AND ENJOY
AND TO LOOK RIGHT THROUGH AS OPPOSED TO HAVING IT STOP.
I'VE ADDED ART FROM A LOCAL ARTISAN.
I LOVE THE THINGS THAT THEY DO HERE.
(gasps) OH, I JUST NOTICED HE PAINTED MY NAME!
HOW SWEET. I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT BEFORE.
OH, THAT'S SO SWEET.
THIS IS MY NEW OFFICE.
I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN PUT MY FEET IN THE SAND,
BRING MY WORK WITH ME AND ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS.
