Hi and welcome to Helle´s Christmas Calendar. My name is Helle, and this is my calendar.
Helle! Are you drinking wine again? I guess I am.
But Better to put that aside.
Because we have all been told - Wine and Beer *** you up…
Beer you say? Yes, Beer I say!
It's Christmas ***...
Welcome to Helle’s Christmas Calendar Christmas beer testing.
Today, I have with me my dear friend Petter.
HI
And we have here before us a beautiful selection of christmas beer.
I don’t even know where to start.
Should we just get at it? With the cheapest beer!!
We start out with Ringnes’s Christmas Beer.
Why don’t you introduce it, Petter?
But of course!
Ringnes, a norwegian brewery. Which is very patriotic around christmas time.
It has three quarters sweetness, half moistness and half bitterness.
Shall we have a test?
Are there any rules to doing this sort of things?
It tasted like christmas!
It tasted like beer.
It tasted like beer of the christmas kind. Christmas beer, aight!
So.. dice roll?
I would like to say 4! 4. That was what I was supposed to say too.
No.. Can we be completely honest?
I don’t know *** about beer. I don’t know much either.
I drink it, but I don’t know much about it. I know a lot about drinking it as well.
We can do this the way we know best?
SO The way we best know how to drink beer.
Flip Cup
But, Helle! I was wondering, because I completely forgot the Flip Cup rules!
How do you play Flip Cup?
This is a "Cup".
You place the Cup on the table like this - with a little something to drink in.
You drink it up - guguguguguguh - aaahhh.
You place it on the edge of the table like this, and then you flip it
BAM! LIKE THIS!
When it lands like this, you move on to the next cerveza.
As easy as that? As easy as that!
The first beer: Hansa Christmas Beer.
Second Christmas beer: Is the Aass Christmas beer.
Number three! «Julemandens Trøst» [Santa Claus’s Comfort]
Well that sounded like a drink for alcoholics.
This is the fourth one Why don’t you introduce the fourth one!
Nissefar [Father Christmas] - Nope, wrong way - Nissefar!
Merry christmas, from, who makes these?
Nøgne Ø Merry Christmas! from Nøgne Ø.
This one is Danish, right? It’s southern.
Southern, thats what I meant. Same same.
And here we have a bonus beer! So the loser have to stand down on street level, and have this beer served from the fourth floor.
So you then?! Oh bring it on!
I usually win these things.
She thinks I drink like a girl, but I drink like a very nice drinken girl.
Is that a word: «drinken»?
Ready, set, GO!
Ice cold coordination!
That was brown..
This guy!
Should we summarize, Petter?
It was a lot of christmas in these beers.
The beer was very brown. Yes, very brown.
I’d like to give em all 4. Dice roll 4 for all them beers!
Helle just lost in Helle’s Flip Cup Challenge!
So a result of this is that she now has run down
How many levels? Four levels.
And will now drink the beer Anchor Brewing
From the fourth floor, to then review it.
I just lost in my own Christmas beer challenge
And as Petter probably said
I will have to test and review the last beer from up there.
Are you ready? I am ready!
Yes.. Theres a nice sweetnes to this one.
I would like to give it dice roll…. Well, maybe a bit too sweet for my tasting.
I need another sip!
Give it a 5 maybe?
Best of the day, Petter!
Fantastic!
Fantastic
Thank you!
It’s been a pleasure.
