Lemon Loaf Cake

Hello everybody, its Fiona in Fiona's Cooking Channel Today we are gonna cook some delicious lemon loaf cake! Like the starbucks one To make an Amazing Lemon Loaf Cake you need 2 sticks of butter/ about a cup of butter/ 250g 1 Cup of Caster Sugar uniqlo pat of at issue here (250 grams) you need 5 eggs two lemons and two cups of floor First you are gonna mix the butter with the sugar add the 5 eggs and a pinch of salt zest 2 lemons add the floor but do not forget to add 2 tbsp of baking powder Now preheat the oven at 360F or 180C Spray or grease the pan you can also use floor, then pour the mixture in the pan With the spatula Make a line in the cake place in the oven for half an hour to check if the cake is ready insert a stick in it Its not ready yet There is stuff on it Now, it's ready Open the door of the oven for 10 minutes To let it cool For the last step, You are gonna take A sharp knif Then pour the fresh lemon juice on it Now that it is ready You can choose To put icing on top You can use the icing from the store or just make homemade one Enjoy the cake!
