NOT GOING TO BE OVER HUNGRY WHEN WE GET TO THAT MEAL TIME.
HOW MANY CALORIES WOULD YOU SAY IS A GOOD AMOUNT TO HAVE IN A
SNACK TIME? BETWEEN A HUNDRED AND TWO

HUNDRED CALORIES ARE HIGH IN PROTEIN AND HIGH IN FIBER,

SO LET'S TALK ABOUT SOME THINGS THAT BASICALLY ARE A READY TO

VARIETY OF PRE-PORTIONED LIGHT CHEESES FOR YOU, GOOD IN PROTEIN
THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CALORIES. OTHER OPTIONS ARE GREEK YOGURT.
WHO DOESN'T LIKE GREEK YOGURT? WE WANT YOU TO BUY THE PLAIN
GREEK YOGURT, BUT JAZZ IT UP A LITTLE BIT.
SOUTH BEACH DIET WE LOVE MONK FRUIT IN THESE LITTLE PACKETS.
A LITTLE BIT OF PURE VANILLA EXTRACT AND EVEN A FEW ALMONDS

THE SMOOTHIES ARE SO DELICIOUS. WE HAVE CHOCOLATE.
AND IT KEEPS YOU FULL. THE FUDGY CHOCOLATE MINT.
IT TASTES LIKE A GIRL SCOUT COOKIE.
