On occasion in a partner yoga class you might find that you have an odd number of people.
This does not mean that that person has to go home there's lots of partner yoga poses
that you can do with three people. We are going to demonstrate a centering breath with
the three people in this clip so Gina and Carrie are going to come around and we're
all going to sit back to back with our shoulders connected. First of all we just want to lengthen
through the spine and have our hands on our knees. Close your eyes and feel the spine
lengthening up and get a feel for your partner's shoulders. See if you can't bring the breath
together as one, drawing the energy from the energy of the circle and as you exhale lengthening
up through the crown of the head. On our next inhale we're going to reach our arms up to
the side up over our head and we're going to connect to our partner's palms and just
give a nice little press into the partner's palm. Press the shoulders down and press into
each other, softly inhaling in and exhaling. Centering and calming.
