-Music- I'm Trevor Abrahams I'm the plant training coordinator at Vauxhall manufacturing Ltd. The company has 1500 people including service providers. At Vauxhall Luton we have 16 apprentices, we have 142 apprentices throughout all UK sites, and our franchises also have apprentices. We completed an advanced multi skilled maintenance apprenticeship so apprenticeships bring the opportunities to employ new talent into the company. We're looking for apprentices to be managers and leaders of tomorrow. Apprentices will be a valued addition to our team and the apprenticeship scheme support business growth. We had government funding, we was involved with the National Apprenticeship Services we were also involved with the college and this supported our apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship programme is very motivational to our employees We are up skilling the workforce it is a great opportunity to take young talent into your organisation. I would recommend for other companies to invest in apprentices.
