All Ingredients should be room temperature.
Coat the Spinach Leaves in the Sherry Vinegar Dressing.
Next, chop the top and bottom off the Pears. Quarter lengthways and remove core. Then slice lengthways into thin (3mm) slices.
Assemble Pears slices on top of the Spinach Leaves.
Using your fingers, manually crumbled the Stilton Cheese on top of the Pears.
Chop the Chives and sprinkle on top of the Salad and drizzle more Sherry Vinegar Dressing if you would like.
Sprinkle the Walnuts and Serve!
