The shafaah is not for The non Muslims only , the Muslims will be saved by Shafaah because there are Ahadith (hadith) proved that. therefore that verse proved Shafaah , some accepted and some not. The condition of that Shafaah is to be after the permission of Allah. Also there is no ransom to be accepted from people to be saved from Allah torment. Therefore no one will be saved from those sinners.
And He let them remember of Pharaoh people who they made their life is horrible , that they killed the sons of Jews and made the women alive. They were very bad people who made the worst torments against Jews in Egypt. why they killed the sons because there are some ones told Pharaoh that there will be one of those Jews will break the throne of him, but Allah Almighty ordered Muss's mother to put him in the casket and through him on the sea and the story is known that he lived in the Palace of Pharaoh, it will be in detail in other Chapter.
Also when they killed sons , men and keep women alive that to make Jews weak and then the women will always need the Pharaoh people.
That was very horrible thing to those people, that really was very unattainable things , men been killed and women alive to be servants to those people and keep them under their authority that was very huge disaster.
That was very strong misfortune to the Jews , and Allah remand the people in Madinah about what happened to theirs grandfathers about all that history and to let them remember their history and to follow the message of Muhammad and to prove to them that stories and details can not be from Muhammad's minds or writings because he was illiterate, so that was revelation from Allah to him.
This verse proved the bad of Pharaoh history and his anger on the Israelis on Egypt , and remind the Jews in Madinah through Quran to let them understand that Allah saved them and let them escaped to Cham .These stories came as revelation to Muhammad to let the Jews know that revelation is from Allah. They escaped through the sea by Moses hit the sea by his stick then they escaped , then when Pharaoh entered the same road in the sea Allah closed the sea on him and his solders then they died. That story Allah remind the Jews how He saved them from those gangs. And Allah did not accept his repentance when he saw the death approaching to him he said " I believe in what Jews beloved in" Allah said to him now ?? we will save your body to be a sign to others in future. and that is true He still as sign now in Egypt. Moses and the faithful people with him saw Pharaoh died and they were happy about that. The news what happened to the first people in the nation is reminding to the last of the nation to be grateful to Allah and follow the message of Prophet Muhammad, and that because Allah saved their grandfathers otherwise they will not be alive because they are their offspring.
This verse proved the Ability of Allah and how to opened the red sea and let the people walk on the road inside the sea.
This verse proved that Quran is revelation from Allah. these words about divorcing issues and that is not a part of tafseer that is why I do not translated them.
Allah promised Moses forty nights to talk with him , and he let his Brother Heron to control the people and take care about them. Bani Israel took the jewelry that Samry made them as Calf then they worshiped him. Samry made two holes from his back and from his mouth , then the air go through those two holes make sound , and Samry said to them that is your God and Moses God. They accepted that , and Heron tried to remind them that is not God the God is Allah the creator of this all things, but they did not stop worshipping him until Moses comeback. Moses came back with boards of Commands that Allah wrote them by His hand, and he was very angry and through the boards on ground and took the head of Heron and his beard. He was very angry , and the Heron said I could not stop them I tried , and Samary is the one who ruin their creed. This will be in Taha Chapter. You took the calf as God after the Moses left to meet his God. They actually oppressed themselves by that sin.
Then We forgive you to let you thanks Us to save you from the Torment, To worship Allah alone and do good deeds. This verse proved the speech of Allah. The verse proved the fool of those people how they worship Calf instead of Allah. There is not any excuse on the Jews to worship the calf because they knew their God exactly, and they knew He saved them from their enemy and opened the sea and many things that proved That Allah only must be worshipped. Allah is the only Forgiver all sins.
