She pulled into their Pecan Crossing neighborhood and immediately I was like: "These houses look different" Estetically, most of our plans have higher ceilings, they have a lot of rounded arches... They didn't look like cookie-cutter houses Niches, cut-outs, little things that give the home character... It's wide open, that's why we chose it. Everybody who comes to the house, it's the first thing they say, how beautiful the kitchen is. "I like the media room" | You like the media room? One of the ha-ha moments is usually going into our energy features. These days people are looking for green homes. With the efficiency promise we'll guarantee the heating and cooling efficiency of the home. And they're looking for homes that are going to you save them money years down the road. Now we're taking a step forward. Now we're LEED certified builder. "My house is larger than my parents' house and my energy bills are less." They're going to feel it not only in the pocketbook, but just a sense of comfort... They're gonna have air quality control inside their home. The salesperson is the primary contact for the entire process. The sales staff has been amazing. They're so friendly and so helpful. Everybody is. The price was a lot better then those other communities that we looked at. A lot better. I get a lot more, I get a lot more When you take the price and then you take what you're getting for it, it was a no brainer. I would absolutely recommend Wilshire. I would definitely recommend Wilshire. We've actually already recommended people to the neighborhood. I recommend Wilshire Homes to anybody who is looking for a home.
