Cervantes's obsession is he's in love with storytelling.
I mean, he is a great storyteller, and it's also -
I'm not even sure he's obsessive because he needs to be.
He's under a great deal of pressure and he's actually trying to save his life.
Because the -- his fellow prison-mates are ready to lynch him and take everything that he has.
Including his story-- and he's desperate to save that and to save his life.
There's also The Inquisition in the outside world-- is also creating pressure on him, and
he's obsessed with telling his story and leaving something behind.
It's his-- his manuscript, his story, is who he is. He wants the world to know what he believes.
