Place your hands out, palms facing up.
Grab your thumb and pull gently towards your body.
Move on to each finger.

Today, I'm going to show you a seated pigeon pose.
Cross you right foot over your left knee.
Lean your upper body forward at the waist.
Repeat with the other leg.
Namaste.

Today, I'm going to show you a modified downward dog.
Place your hands on your desk.
Lean forward into an L-shape.
Pull your hips back to stretch your lower back.
