Now what I'm going to do is teach you how to draw basic silhouettes. What that means
is that the things I'm going to show you how to do are the form that your designs are,
that can, your designs can possibly can take. Again it's up to you, these designs are not
actual garments. A silhouette is just the shape, it's the shadow, like you think typically
hourglass silhouette. That's hourglass shape in a, and a silhouette doesn't, and these
are dresses is what I'm trying to say. You can go and try to design these dresses but
good luck, they're just basic shapes. For you to create dresses upon, the first one
is an arrow and they're all, they're all pretty literal. A, the first one's an arrow, this
style goes in the shape of an arrow down to the waist k? So that's our first arrow, then
it goes down to the hips. Then it goes down to whatever length, typically your knees.
We'll just say that for the silhouette and then because this is a silhouette design I'm
just going to color it in and this just shows that it's a shape with which to put something
in there and then of course just show that, just to show you where and that it's important
to reinforce it, here's the waist.
