Actor and model confirm exciting news after baby daughter is born EDDIE Murphy has welcomed baby number 9 with his longtime girlfriend Paige Butcher. The actor confirmed that his newborn daughter was born and that the family are doing well. The 55 year old and his partner welcomed Izzy Oona Murphy this morning in Los Angeles, his rep confirmed to People. She weighed 7lbs 15oz and measured 19 inches long. The statement added: “Both mother and daughter are doing well.” Paige's baby with Eddie, who she met on the set of Big Momma’s House 2, is her first child. Aged between 8 and 26, Eddie’s previous 8 children come from 4 relationships. The Shrek actor had 5 children with ex-wife of 12 years Nicole Mitchell.
