about the Health benefits of Nicotine. Now Hold On I'm not saying you should go out and
do Nicotine Products or Nicotine containing products. I'm not a professional. I just did
my own research and this is what I came up with. Also in the next Video I'll be talking
about the negative side affects of Nicotine and the negative use...Negative's of using
Nicotine. Now Nicotine is a natural stimulant and a natural relaxant. In Large dosses' its
obviously not that good for you. But in small dosses and in moderation it Is good for you.
Now the Health benefits is for one it..it for smokers, studies have shown that you have
lower incidents of Alzheimer's in smokers. Also its a mood altering substance so it does
mess with your brain chemicals a littlie bit. It can Alter your mood. I already said it
was a stimulant and relaxant. Mot users report feelings of relaxation sharpness calmness
and alertness. It can enhance concentration and memory, and nicotine itself isn't addictive
significantly. Only when coupled with a MAOI which is found in tobacco smoke. That's what
Makes it significantly more addicting which explains probably why I don't get addicted
to the electronic cigarettes because it doesn't have the MAOI: I don't get bad withdrawals.
What can Also effect that is your genetics. There's 3 genes that will..that show how much
you will be dependent on nicotine and it can also determine.. Help to determine how addicted
you can get to nicotine. Also people with depression, in some studies it shown that
it can help reduce depressive feelings and I'm not saying if your depressed to go smoke
or use nicotine products. I'm Just saying from my research. Anyway thanks for watching.
